Refill Policy

Regular refills are essential to maintain the look, structure, and health of your lash extensions. Each client’s lash cycle and retention may vary based on lifestyle, natural growth, and aftercare routines.

It is highly recommended to book your refill 7–21 days after your last appointment to avoid needing a full set.

Mini Fill – 45 minutes

A mini fill is perfect for a quick top-up. It includes:

  • Lash bath and preparation

  • As many lashes applied as possible in the booked time

Note: No removal of outgrown lashes is included.
This is ideal before events or as a small refresh, but not a replacement for a proper refill.

A full refill must still be booked within 4 weeks of your last major appointment.

Standard Refill – 1 hour 25 minutes

Best around the 2-week mark with strong retention. Includes:

  • Lash bath and full clean-up

  • Opportunity to add fresh styling, such as colour, glitter, or wisps (if desired)

Extended Refill – 1 hour 50 minutes

Ideal for up to 3 weeks retention. Includes:

  • Fuller touch-ups

  • Time for customisation or to refresh sections of your set more deeply

Foreign Refill – 2 hours

For clients whose last set was done elsewhere. Includes:

  • Lash health check

  • Full clean-up

If your existing lashes aren’t suitable for a refill, a removal and full set may be required instead.

Refill Guidelines

  • To qualify for any refill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining and be within 21 days of your last appointment.

  • 2- or 3-week refill pricing is not offered – all refills are time-based only.

  • If you arrive with too few lashes or have gone past 21 days, you will be charged for a full set.

  • If unsure what to book, please send a clear, up-close photo of your lashes before booking.

  • If you wish to change your style (e.g., classic to volume or add colour/wisps), this can be done gradually across 2–3 refill appointments. A full set is only needed for a total transformation in one session.
