Fluttersy Lashes & Beauty

By using our website, booking services, or purchasing products from Fluttersy Lashes & Beauty, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services & Appointments

All beauty services are appointment-only and provided from our home-based studio in Weir Views, VIC. By booking an appointment, you agree to our booking and cancellation policies, which are provided separately.

Products & Digital Downloads

We sell both physical products and digital products, including eBooks and educational resources.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically via Shopify

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final and non-refundable

  • Physical products must be used as directed, and results may vary

Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order or booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, educational materials, and digital products, is the property of Fluttersy Lashes & Beauty.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or digital products without written permission.

Education & Training

Fluttersy Lash Academy content is provided for educational purposes only. Results depend on individual skill, practice, and experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from training or educational materials.

Cancellation Policy

  • At the time of booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 40% of your service is required to secure your appointment.

  • You will receive a confirmation text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling or Cancelling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice via phone call or message.

  • Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) may incur a $50 cancellation fee or forfeit your booking fee.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. A cancellation fee will apply before a new appointment can be booked.

No-Shows:

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will forfeit your booking fee.

  • The remaining balance of the service will also be charged to the card on file.

Artist Accountability Policy

Because respect goes both ways at Fluttersy Lashes.

At Fluttersy, I hold myself to the same level of professionalism I expect from my clients.

In the rare event that I inconvenience you, this is what I promise:

Appointment Delays

  • If I need to push your appointment back by 15 minutes or more, you will automatically receive $30 off that appointment.

Last-Minute Cancellations

  • If I need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will receive $50 off your rescheduled appointment plus a complimentary aftercare pack as a thank you for your understanding.

Running Behind

  • If I am running late on the day, I will always notify you as soon as possible so you’re never left waiting without communication.

Service Issues

  • If I cannot complete your service or the result isn’t up to Fluttersy standard, I will invite you back for a free adjustment or fix, making sure you leave feeling confident and well looked after.

How to Book an Appointment

Booking an appointment is simple: just choose a Full Set or a Refill.

You don’t need to select a style when booking. Want wispy, classic, colour, or spikes? You got it!

All styling options—including classic, hybrid, volume, wet look, wispy, bold colour, glitter, or decals—are included. We design your lashes together at your appointment based on your vibe, inspiration pictures, and lash health.

No surprises. No extra add-ons. Just expert custom work.

  • Colour, wisps & glitter (if you want it)

  • Complimentary full-size aftercare kit

  • No extra charges—ever

You’re paying for your time, not a generic set. You’re booking luxury, built just for you.

Fallout & Customer Satisfaction Policy

Sometimes lashes don’t hold, or the style doesn’t feel right—and your happiness matters deeply here.

I pride myself on delivering luxury-level results and building long-term trust. If something doesn’t feel right after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

My Luxury Service Promise

If you experience any issues with your lashes after leaving Fluttersy—such as:

  • Excessive fallout

  • Discomfort

  • Not feeling satisfied with the result

…I want to hear from you.

You have 48 hours from your appointment to contact me with your concerns. During this time, you’ll be offered:

  • A complimentary touch-up or removal within 3 days

  • Zero judgment—just support and solutions tailored to you

After this timeframe, you are still very welcome to reach out. I’ll do everything I can to troubleshoot or offer a discounted touch-up if necessary.
