At the time of booking, a non-refundable booking fee of 40% of your service is required to secure your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice via phone call or message.
Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) may incur a $50 cancellation fee or forfeit your booking fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. A cancellation fee will apply before a new appointment can be booked.
No-Shows:
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will forfeit your booking fee.
The remaining balance of the service will also be charged to the card on file.
