At Fluttersy, I hold myself to the same level of professionalism I expect from my clients.
In the rare event that I inconvenience you, this is what I promise:
Appointment Delays
If I need to push your appointment back by 15 minutes or more, you will automatically receive $30 off that appointment.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If I need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will receive $50 off your rescheduled appointment plus a complimentary aftercare pack as a thank you for your understanding.
Running Behind
If I am running late on the day, I will always notify you as soon as possible so you’re never left waiting without communication.
Service Issues
If I cannot complete your service or the result isn’t up to Fluttersy standard, I will invite you back for a free adjustment or fix, making sure you leave feeling confident and well looked after.
